David works with leadership teams on the management system between direction and delivery. His experience spans strategic execution, integrated planning, measurable outcomes, decision design, operating rhythm, leadership facilitation and systems of work.

He combines clear system thinking with practical work in the room—helping leaders diagnose the real constraint, make the necessary choices and embed a better way of operating through live cycles.
