1. Licence agreement
This licence is between Forward Matter Consulting (we, us or our) and the named purchaser shown on the order confirmation (you). It applies to the Leadership OKR System Playbook, the Integrated Planning & 90-Day Execution Playbook and each file supplied in their approved buyer packages. It operates with our Terms & Conditions; the more specific licence term applies if there is an inconsistency about permitted product use.
2. Licence grant
After full payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable licence to download and use the product for your own learning and legitimate internal business activity. You may print a reasonable number of copies for your own use and use completed working outputs in the organisation in which you work.
The licence is granted to the named purchaser, not to a consultancy, network, membership, client portfolio or the public. No ownership in our intellectual property is transferred.
3. Internal collaboration
You may share a limited extract or a completed working output with colleagues who need it for the same internal OKR cycle, provided they understand it is confidential Forward Matter material and do not copy or redistribute the underlying product. If an organisation needs broad access, training rights or multiple facilitator licences, contact us for written permission.
4. Prohibited use
You must not sell, sublicense, lend, publish, upload, distribute or make the product available to another person; white-label it or remove ownership notices; use it to provide paid or unpaid services to a third-party client; add it to a shared template, learning or knowledge library; translate, adapt or combine it to create a competing product; use it to train an artificial-intelligence model; or claim endorsement, accreditation or practitioner status.
5. Editable source
The licence does not include editable PowerPoint masters, design source files or unrestricted templates. Receipt of a PDF or working file does not grant a right to reverse engineer or reconstruct an editable source.
6. Access and security
Download links are personal, time-limited and may be withdrawn if misused. Keep the files and link secure. Tell us promptly if you believe they have been disclosed without permission. We may supply a replacement link after reasonable verification of the purchase.
7. Intellectual property and attribution
Forward Matter and its licensors retain all copyright, trade mark, design and other rights in the product, its methods, structure, examples and presentation. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Ownership notices must remain intact.
8. Suspension and termination
This licence ends automatically if you materially breach it and do not remedy a remediable breach after notice. On termination you must stop using and delete the product and all unauthorised copies. We may pursue other remedies available by law for misuse or infringement.
9. Statutory rights and law
Nothing in this licence excludes or restricts a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under New Zealand law. New Zealand law governs this licence and the dispute and general provisions in our Terms & Conditions apply.
